Welcome to the Clocker legal centre. Here you will find the documents that govern your use of Clocker and the purchase of a subscription. The Service is owned, operated and provided by Smart Solution Labz LLC (Wyoming, USA). Paid subscriptions are sold by the seller for your billing country: Smartyn d.o.o. (Croatia) for Croatia, the European Union, the United States, Bosnia and Herzegovina and VAT-registered businesses in Serbia; Stripe, as merchant of record through Link, everywhere else, under Link's terms shown at its checkout.

• Terms & Conditions - the agreement between you and Smart Solution Labz about the use of Clocker: accounts, workspaces, the free trial, who sells subscriptions, data, taking your data with you when you switch, intellectual property and liability.
• Subscription Terms - the terms on which Smartyn d.o.o. sells a paid subscription: prices and the introductory price, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, VAT and invoices, consumer rights.
• Privacy Policy - how we collect, use, share and protect personal data, who sells subscriptions and holds invoices, and your GDPR rights.
• Data Processing Addendum - the Article 28 GDPR terms for the data your Workspace holds about your staff and clients: your instructions, the deletion controls, retention windows, the export and return of your data, sub-processors and security.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy - the free trial and the first charge, cancellation in the web app, refunds, the withdrawal rights of consumers in the EU and Bosnia and Herzegovina and the rights of customers in the United States, with the model withdrawal form, for subscriptions sold by Smartyn d.o.o..
• Acceptable Use Policy - the rules for using Clocker responsibly.
• Cookie Notice - the cookies and similar technologies we use, and your choices.
