Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using Clocker. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. "You" includes your Administrators and Members. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP and to ensure your Workspace uses the Service accordingly.
1. General principle
Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm others, us, or the Service itself.
2. You must not
Break the law or infringe rights. You must not use the Service to violate any law or regulation, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Misuse personal data. You must not use the Service to collect, monitor or process personal data (including your Members' location or working-hours data) without a lawful basis and the notices or consents required by data-protection law. You are responsible for lawful monitoring of your own staff.
Upload harmful or unlawful content. You must not upload, store or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that contains malware, viruses or other harmful code.
Compromise security. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems or networks connected to the Service; probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without our written permission; or circumvent authentication, rate limits or security features.
Disrupt the Service. You must not overload, flood, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load.
Reverse-engineer or copy. You must not copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service, or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
Resell or misrepresent. You must not resell, sublicense, rent or provide the Service to third parties outside your Workspace without our written agreement, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Automated abuse. You must not use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service in a way that breaches these rules or the Terms, or use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Illegal or high-risk use. You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or in any situation where failure or inaccuracy could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage.
3. Fair use and limits
We may apply reasonable technical limits (for example, on storage, request rates, or file sizes) to keep the Service reliable for everyone. We may adjust these limits and will try to give notice of material changes where practical.
4. Your responsibility for your Workspace
You are responsible for the conduct of your Administrators and Members and for all activity in your Workspace. You should manage permissions carefully and remove access for people who no longer need it.
5. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP - for example, a compromised account or unlawful content - please report it to info@s-labz.com.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may take action proportionate to the breach, including warning you, removing content, limiting or suspending features, or suspending or terminating your access, as described in the Terms & Conditions. Where there is a risk to security, other users, or legal compliance, we may act immediately. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you unless doing so would be unlawful or increase risk.
